The founder of Mackay Diesel Centre Lyn De Freitas has come a long way, with the help of her husband Frank De Freitas who has extensive experience in the Diesel industry from a young age working alongside his father Fernando De Freitas, who was also a Diesel Mechanic Engine Rebuilder / Diesel Fuel Injection Specialist.

For the past 45 years, he has gained knowledge both in Diesel Mechanical Engine Rebuilding and in the Diesel Fuel injection Systems, from old school to the new generation Common Rail Systems and as a Diesel Fuel Injection Specialist he has become a Specialist in repairing Injector Pumps and Injectors in all major brands like BOSCH, DELPHI, DENSO, YANMAR, CAT, STANADYNE, CONTINENTAL, AMBAC & ZEXEL, repairing 4×4, Farming, Marine & Mining Machinery.
