NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY MACKAY DIESEL CENTRE ARE GENUINE.
All parts are original manufacturer (OEM) and come with a 12-month warranty or 20,000 KLM whichever comes first. We try to keep most parts in stock, but due to demand availability may be limited. To make it quick and easy please supply us with your product Part Number alternatively next option a Vin Number, you may email us at [email protected] & we will do our best to reply within 24-48hrs with availability and confirmation of price. Refunds may be available conditions apply.
REFUND POLICY
When ordering a product please make sure you order correctly, we do not take responsibility if parts are incorrectly ordered if you’re not sure simply call our branch on 07 49530044. All products must return WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE meaning 7-day period starts from the date of goods being signed for on delivery.

- When returning product must be unused and still in its sealed condition in the 7-day period.
- Any relevant charges will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply.
NOTE: RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
All parts are in good new condition, please check goods for damage before signing delivery note. If by any chance goods were damage during transit it may then be claimed under the courier insurance. All parts are photo scanned into our IOS SYSTEM with ID before we dispatch them. If by any chance a part is found to be not working correctly, please don’t hesitate to contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS the buyer must return the part at their own expense to us for validation. Mackay Diesel Centre will refund purchase price or replace the part if found faulty on discretion.
